Why Sprout?

In a “nut shell” soaking and sprouting seeds, nuts, grains and legumes will:

Reduce anti-nutrients like:

  • Phytic acid (which inhibits digestive enzymes in your stomach)
  • Polyphenols (which inhibit digestion of minerals, proteins and starches)
  • Lectins and Saponins (which effect the GI tract lining contributing to leaky gut syndrome)

Increases nutrients by:

  • Increasing bio-availability of minerals and vitamins such as: calcium, Iron, Zinc B12
  • Increasing fiber consumption
  • Increasing digestibility of food by adding in natural live enzymes

I highly recommend that you try nuts, seeds, legumes, and grains this way. You can even make flour out of previously sprouted grains.

I do currently sell some soaked and dehydrated seeds and nuts. I was able to find almonds sold from outside of California, so they are not previously pasteurized, so the flavor is much better. Here is the source if you want to purchase them directly and go through the sprouting process on your own:
The seeds and nuts I have available for sale go through a 3 steps process

  1. Soaking a minimum of 12 hours followed by additional rinsing to purify.
  2. Soaking another 8-12 hours with Himalayan pink salt which also helps reduce phytic acid and other anti-nutrients.
  3. Dehydrating to further increase digestibility and reduce anti nutrients.
